1. About these terms

OTB is operated by OTB Labs Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the OTB app or website at https://otb.tips (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What OTB is (and is not)

OTB is a football data, statistics, and alerts tool. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, hold or handle any stakes or funds, and we do not provide betting, investment, or financial advice. All information, probabilities, alerts, and "picks" are provided for information and entertainment only and are not a guarantee or prediction of any outcome. Any betting decision you make is entirely your own, made at your own risk.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use gambling-related information services in your jurisdiction. Please gamble responsibly — see our Responsible Gambling page.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & billing

OTB offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any free-trial period, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple in line with App Store policy.

6. No guarantees

Football is inherently unpredictable. Past performance and historical accuracy figures do not guarantee future results. We do not warrant that any alert, statistic, or list will be accurate, complete, or profitable, and the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping or reselling our data, attempting to bypass access controls, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, models, and software in the Service are owned by OTB Labs Limited or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTB Labs Limited is not liable for any losses (including gambling losses), damages, or costs arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
