OTB is operated by OTB Labs Limited ("we", "us", "our"). We provide a football data and alert application available on iOS and via our website at https://otb.tips.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account & Authentication

  • Email address and password (hashed) when you register
  • Session tokens to keep you logged in
  • Subscription status and plan tier

2.2 Usage Data

  • In-app actions (e.g. alerts viewed, pages visited) — used solely to improve the product
  • Device type and operating system version, for compatibility purposes
  • Push notification delivery status

2.3 Payment Data

Subscription payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchase. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. Apple's Privacy Policy governs that transaction.

2.4 Data We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect your precise location
  • We do not collect your contacts or camera data
  • We do not use advertising identifiers or sell your data to third parties
  • We do not use affiliate tracking links

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain your OTB account and subscription
  • To deliver real-time push notifications (Roller Bot alerts, Momentum Alerts)
  • To improve and debug the app and alert engine
  • To communicate with you about your account or service updates

We do not use your data for profiling, advertising, or to make automated decisions with legal effect.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Apple Inc. — for push notification delivery (APNs) and in-app purchase validation
  • Our hosting provider — your data is stored on servers we control, located in the EU/EEA

Any third-party service providers are bound by contractual data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data
  • Port your data to another service
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and restricted database access. No system is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Children's Privacy

OTB is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of OTB after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
